New Salesforce Integration

We’re excited to announce Attendify’s new Salesforce integration! Now you can push attendee data from your mobile event apps to Salesforce and instantly create new lead records, tag campaigns, and even add lead source data. This integration is perfect for any organization that leverages events as a channel for lead generation and uses Salesforce, the world’s most popular CRM system, to manage the sales cycle and track ROI. Here’s how it works:

Connecting Salesforce:

To activate the integration and connect salesforce you need a published event app, if you haven’t already built your app sign up free and be done in around 1 hour. We have lots of resources to help you get started and you can chat with our event app specialists if you have any questions.

If you already have a published event app, head over to the management area and click the “Settings” icon in the toolbar. Once there, click on “Salesforce” under integrations, as shown in the screenshot below, and click the blue “Connect” button to authenticate to your Salesforce account.


Set your Campaign & Lead Source:

After connecting your Salesforce account choose the campaign and lead source that you would like to tag leads with. This is optional so you can choose to leave both blank, but adding campaign data can be a great way to track ROI from your event. Attendify will automatically pull in the list of all available campaigns and lead sources in your salesforce account, so if you need to add a new campaign or lead source, please ask your company’s Salesforce administrator for assistance.



That’s it, you’re ready to launch the salesforce integration. Once connected we’ll automatically create a lead record in Salesforce for anyone who signs up to use your event app.

Keep in mind that any existing attendees that signed up before you connected to Salesforce will not be pushed to Salesforce, but you can always export the list to CSV and import manually. Attendify creates leads only for people who sign up after the integration was added.
