We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Attendify Registration, we built this product from the ground up to help event planners and organizers elevate the entire attendee experience! In addition to being extremely easy-to-use, our new event registration software natively integrates with our event apps, social lead retrieval tool, and Audiences event data management platform. Best of all, you get the same simple and transparent pricing we offer with all our products.

Event registration has been a major pain point for event professionals, particularly around user experience. To solve this, Attendify Registration is completely self-service, so you can build it all on your own, but it still includes high-touch support from our expert staff when you need it. You can launch registration in minutes, just add your event information, branding, configure a few ticket settings, preview and you’re done!

Most importantly, there has been a pervasive disconnect in the industry between gathering event registration data and using it to demonstrate event success and demonstrate ROI. Now, event planners can close that gap by putting data to work to generate more event revenue and keep attendees coming back. And since the registration solution was built on the same platform as all of Attendify’s other technology products, they work in total harmony.

Build Your Event Registration Page Today

Not only does registration offer the familiar, self-service approach our clients are used to, but you can manage everything through a single dashboard. Simply log into your Attendify dashboard (or create a free account), click on the Registration link at the top of the screen and start building your page.

First, enter your basic event information and upload your cover image and event logo for a fully branded experience.

On the next step, you’ll start creating Tickets for your event; you can create up to 25 different ticket types. If you’re creating tickets for a free event, there is no cost to use Attendify Registration. Yes, you heard that right! After you’ve established your first ticket name, quantity and price, click the Advanced Settings tab to customize each ticket.

You can also create paid tickets and charge in one of 8 supported currencies including US, Canadian and Australian Dollars, Euros and Pounds, etc. Paid tickets have a few additional advanced settings, including the ability to pass fees on to attendees or absorb them in the ticket price. You can also add custom Terms & Conditions for your event. If you’re creating paid tickets, you must go through the process of creating or connecting a Stripe account, currently, Attendify only processes payments through Stripe.

Remember that you’ll be able to preview your registration page at any time by clicking the Preview tab on the top right side of your dashboard. Once your page is finished, you’re ready to publish.

Transparent Pricing

We wanted pricing for Attendify to be fully transparent and flexible to best match your organization’s needs. We offer two models:

  1. A-La-Carte: For those who only want event registration, and not event apps or advanced data management, a-la-carte pricing is the best fit. We charge 2.5% of each ticket sold, plus a $1 per-attendee registration fee, it couldn’t be easier to use registration as a stand-alone product. If your event is free to attend, there’s no charge!
  2. Packages: This option is perfect if you’re looking for an all-inclusive way to engage attendees across all your events. Every package includes Registration, Attendify Audiences and mobile event apps! This is by far the most cost-effective and inclusive event technology solution in the industry. Everything you need to boost engagement at your events is included.
