For the past few months we’ve been working on a wholesale redesign of the Guide App based largely on your feedback and suggestions. Today we’re excited to launch the new version! Not only have we changed the look and feel of the app, but we’ve added a few frequently requested features such as full app search, and gestures for adding favorites on the schedule, here’s a summary of what’s new:
Improved Look & Feel:
We completely redesigned the Guide App making it simpler, more accessible, and bringing your brand and content to the forefront. The new design fits with Apple’s upcoming iOS 7, delivering a “flatter” look that’s also more consistent with the Android App.
Now you can search the entire app by swiping right on the home screen and entering a keyword. The app will search every section of the app and deliver results on a single screen for convenient access.
Creating a personalized schedule is easier than ever with a swipe right gesture to save sessions and a swipe left to remove them. Your attendees can also set a reminder notification for 15, 30, or 60 minutes before the session starts, so they won’t miss a thing.
Updating Your App:
It will take some time, but we’ll eventually update every app with an active subscription to the App Store and Google Play. If you’d like to speed up the process for your app please email us, or submit a content update via the Attendify dashboard and we’ll resubmit your app right away.
